Vincent Eats a Galette on the Other Side; Every Buckwheat Pancake in Skydale Sold by Noon
One egg, one slice of ham, one glass of red. The Ferrule Street bakery has asked for the recipe.

Vincent was seen this month at a café table on the Other Side, under a painted wall of cakes, with a buckwheat galette folded around an egg and a slice of ham, and a glass of red wine.
He looked, according to every viewer who has written in, “pleased.” The galette looked, according to the same viewers, “correct.”
By noon the next day every buckwheat pancake in Skydale had been sold. The Ferrule Street bakery, which does not make galettes, says it received forty requests for one before eight in the morning and has since bought a very large pan.
The bakery’s cat has been seen sitting in the pan, which the bakery says is “a start.”
Gustave, of the Dobuki 10 committee, says the committee does not comment on what Vincent eats, but noted that the lunch “had a lot of rhythm to it.”

The pan arrived. The cat got in first. We are working around her.

I stand by ‘a lot of rhythm.’ The egg was in the exact centre.
