Men Missing Near the Dark Forest; Survivor Describes a “Bed Made of Web”
The one man who came back says she was beautiful, and that he would rather not talk about the rest.

Sergeant Pell has renewed his warning to men walking alone near the dark forest north of Skydale, after a fourth disappearance this autumn.
One man has come back. He says he was invited into the trees by a woman he describes as “very beautiful and very interested in me, which should have been the first sign.” She led him to a bed made of spider web. He says he escaped at the last moment, and that she cursed him as he ran.
He has asked us not to print what he believes happened to the others. Police are calling her the Spiderwitch. Locals have been calling her that for years.
Older residents note that this is the same forest where, a long time ago, a boy from Skydale was cursed and sent through to the Other Side. Whether it is the same witch, nobody can say. Nobody has gone in to ask.
