Skydale Markets is where the town puts a number on the future: whether Vincent will gain a second fan by Christmas, whether it is the same Gwen, whether Al will start the next World Cup match. Mika keeps the book, and Mika keeps it small.
Trading is by invitation only, and for now every seat at the table is taken. Members are chosen by Mika, on criteria Mika describes as “obvious.”
